What if the local flat foot is in with the local approved noise testing authority and gets a "spotters" fee? Wonder how many vehicles will be dobbed in just because the plod doesnt like you/your attitude/your habits? Might sound cynical but the system appears to be open to abuse.  Who can report who? What if someone is just being vindictive?
