We have seen it happen a few times on 2010 Dyna models only. It appears for whatever reason the Dyna model sensor is reading slightly different and it causes a shift in the pulses received. The fix is to open your calibration and go to the Primary Ratio. Change the setting downward from 1.353 to 1.350, save and then program. This seems to fix it on the affected 2010 dyna models. It just doesn't make sense as it only effect some of them and not all of them, but it's a simple fix when it does happen.
