I got a quote online for a screen and the quote came back including hardware to relocate the turn indicators. I'd rather not do this. Any comments?

Hey steamer, I think your indicators are still on the bars. I wonder if the relocation is recommended in this case because its a tinted screen? This is the screen (shown in the HD catalogue with relocated indicators but that might be because of the non-standard bars):

 Enforcer, while we are at it, I see Diane also has a detachable rack. How hard is it get on and off. Mine is almost impossible. I reckon the rack frame is not aligned properly. I'd expect it to be tight but mine is pretty well unusable.
