RIDER LOST - "ROWDY" - WALGETT WILDCATS

    It is with heavy heart that I inform you of the passing of "ROWDY" -

    Founder and lead rider of the Wandering Walgett Wildcats - [www.wwwildcats.com] - Rowdy attended, with other Wildcats, the Walcha /  Yarrowitch Rally last Feb. -  left to return to his Walgett home on the Sunday morning. A short distance from the rally site, Rowdy - riding his Heritage - crashed badly. The last month has seen Rowdy struggling in the RNS Hospital - Sydney. -  Complications resulted in Rowdy's passing on Friday 26th March.- Sincere condolences to his wife Slip, his children , relatives & friends. -

    "Keep your face in the wind Rowdy - continue to ride by our side"

    Another fellow hard rider and partier lost to the dry bitumen and cold beer beyond those of us that stay.
