After having given a certain individual time enough to die of aids .. the seat in question was actualy derived from scientific method, ie , sitting on a concave plastic chair and measuring the actual spread of ones butt cheeks (if you will excuse the french) and vola.. a seat that magicaly sets evo sheeple,s off... (thanks new scientist magazine and remember,.. screaming eagle tastes like chicken..)

i ride one everyday , 1978 has drilled disc & non plated pipes there was only 182 made in 78 , i have two , + all the fibreglass moulds fairing , inner dash , front mudguard , right sidecover, fuel tank & base , , tailpiece , if you ever need any
'59 Panhead, just repanted and been through the engine. Non original parts are: front guard, velva touch lifters and blocks, evo grind cam, S&S carby, replica wheels, Barnett clutch, electronic ignition.
It's the 54th one built in 1977. The discs are not original and I have also done some other work to it since this photo. It now has black forks, bar, indicators and shocks. I know you shouldn't mess with originality on these old bikes but I like the black look and it is easy enough to return it to original.
