Was giving the bike a bit of a tub this morning and noticed the leading edges on the front wheel spokes and nuts on the mirror mounts are starting to rust, I do remember the stealer telling me they aren't covered under warranty and need extra special care or they will rust ! .....bugger, my fault I guess - just hate polishing spokes.

Of all the bikes I've owned over the years I've never seen chrome rust like this .... bike is less that a year old!

Now to try and sort out the issue, mirror nuts aren't too much of a problem will probably just paint em black, as for the front wheel though might try some polising with Autosol ??? best fix would be new alloy wheel but don't wan't to part with the fun vouchers for that just yet as I am saving for a big bore kit.

Anybody else have any suggestions for for cleaning up the front wheel ?
