Shady 1964 … Great minds think alike … Lol … did the same to my 17 RG Special … really cleans up the rear end … not sure what the boys in Blue

would think though … fingers crossed they would realise especially with the Bag Blades how much better they are and how much brighter they are ,

time will tell I suppose .

Can you share what you ordered from custom dynamics to get that result. thanks

Ride511 .. my apologies for not replying sooner .. don`t get on the computer everyday .

So I assume you are talking about the number plate set up .. Ok so I have the Ciro3D Bag Blades , the thin strips right under the Bag lids .. I got the Tri-Bar lights at bottom of Fender , Custom Dynamics , never found out why the international models don`t have them as standard , fairly straight forward plug and play .

The Number Plate set up / Taillight Eliminator is Custom Dynamics .. Forgive my bad memory as I have put so much stuff on this bike I forget sometimes what`s what .. From Memory I bought the Curved backing plate and the curved number plate holder which bolts into the backing plate  .. the set up has the .. Brake , Indicators , Running Lights , Plus the Number plate light all in one .. now when I got them which wasn`t all that long ago there was no plug on the end of the wires .. so all I did was go to a Harley Dealer , any dealer should have them and bought a Genuine Harley plug and had the Dealer wire the Custom Dynamics wires up to the Harley plug and then it was a straight forward plug and play .

Only real issue was fitting it as there is bugger all room between the back of the tyre and the inside of the rear guard where the bolts are .. straight forward if you remove the wheel but I didn`t want to go to that much of a hassle .. so it was a matter of using the right tools and only being able to remove the bolts about a quarter turn at a time .. can be frustrating but really not that hard a job just annoying at times .

Front has the Custom Dynamics Windshield Indicators and Running Lights .. plus Custom Dynamics little indicators and running lights that sit in the lower part of Fairing .. and just recently I installed the Ciro3D Headlight Bezels , which again are running lights plus indicators .

Legality wise as far as I am aware they are all good .. have been pulled over for the normal checks by our Boys in Blue and touch wood so far so good .

If you end up going down the path of getting some of these lights make sure you get the International ones as they Flash the correct colours for Australia .

Hope I have been of some assistance .. Cheers .

The reason Australian touring bikes don't have the tri bar light working is that according to ADR rules the running/ brake light is too low.....when I installed my plate frame there was a plug installed and simple plug and play...

Looks freaking cold there James!, is it at the top of Mt Buffalo?
Your bike deserves a certificate for the " Most Fat arsed pillion seat in the world". You got a hefty missus?.

    "No Hefty missus either."
My reasoning might have been arse about in retrospect. I guess a missus with a real bony, skinny backside would need a generous pillion seat more than a fat bottomed lass with built in upholstery.
Reminds me of this classic old song https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FfhphrmKdsg
