What would you know steelo?   Lets wait until FC  runs his discerning eye over it.

Personally I  dont go in for the flames thing. Or purple .  Or chrome.

Well thanks for asking for my humble opinion Beaglebasher. At least our friend Liberator knows how to take a couple of reasonable pictures. Let’s face it you really need a shot of each side of the bike to know what you are looking at especially if you are selling it in case there is a horrible surprise on the other side if you only show one pic. For instance a dog ugly open primary drive set up, which Liberators bike hasn’t got. So his pics get a good score, maybe 7and a half out of 10. As far as purple flames, chrome, skulls etc . That all comes down to taste, and as the professor of art theory at the uni I went to  once said , “There is no accounting for taste” .  I never asked the professor what he thought of blokes who had bikes they did not like though, it was art school not bike school. Liberator will have to ask himself why he owns a bike he does not like. You know, sometimes you own a pretty good case of haemorrhoids and you just can’t get rid of em...maybe that is where the purple flames lemon is with Liberator.

Sometimes with you lot I feel the earth has tilted in its axis and / or I’ve stumbled into a loony bin.
Poor liberator. All he did was post a photo of his bike (which I liked) and mentioned it didn’t ride all that well. Set of a chain of posts. I hope we see him back.

Why is it horrible to ride?

It's a back breaker, maybe I'm just used to plush riding Electra Glides, also, those skinny 21 inch front wheels track all over the place, I bought it because of the motor, it's not a twin cam,

It looks like a Twin Cam, is it an Evo in disguise?

Those skinny 21 inch front wheels are a terrible match with fat rear wheels I agree 100%. You can lace up a wider rim on the front and then use a 120 or 130mm wide trye. That improves the handling lots.
The skinny 21 inch wheels are actually not too bad at all when matched to a skinny back wheel like a 130 wide number.

Yes, that's exactly the combo on my WG - 21"/90 front with 16"/130 rear, handles well enough.

Same on my shovel wideglide, it handles like a charm.
My 2008 FXST came out with 21/90 front and 17/200 rear and it handled like a mad woman's breakfast. A wider front helped. Got a sneaking suspicion that regular twin shocks work better than the softail underslung units do too.

Little update on my ongoing Deluxe project.

It has been a really enjoyable project that started as rehab from cancer surgery and kept me focused through a bazillion days of lockdown .

Yo, Just joined up, ended up getting a Sport Glide this year as i'm riding 2up more often and its been great, only a few changes made so far, Stage 1 with Freedom Exhaust, Lapera seat and HD backrest with pad
Still deciding if I wanna swap pegs for mini boards for more long distance comfort without compromising too much, or just leave the pegs on, next up is gonna be some minor changes, grips, levers, maybe some cosmetic touches

Anyway thought i'd pop in say hi and show off the new ride
