2013 Softail standard: softail deluxe bars, V&H pipes, Screaming Eagle air cleaner, LePera seat

Quoting brucefxdl on 06 Aug 2020 10:10 AM

very nice, lines of pipes look good, and its red too.

i agree ……...nice lines on them pipes .

Never been one for the V and H Radius variety plus "just" a tad too loud .

(Yes i love loud pipes but a exhaust bomb is just a tad too loud sometimes . It seems the pipe resonates off the bitumen )

    Cheers

08 softail bought a few months ago and just got a few bits of shininess added to the bars and braided lines. Waiting for a few more bits to come and can't wait!

Got an intrastate bike ride this week with some mates so took the freshly cleaned Deuce down to the beach. The weather was sensational and roads were gridlocked. Stopped and had an icecream at Henley Beach before riding to the west beach boat ramp. Saw a fellow parked on the esplanade with another nice Deuce and stopped to say hello. I don't know if it was just me, or he thought I might be gay, because he turned away, propped his phone up into a palm tree and kept on with his phone conversation. I continued to the boat ramp where I took a photo, did some cruising up Jetty Road Glenelg and took a meandering route home. Sorry to my Victorian brothers who can't get out and about. It won't be long.

He looked a bit like a pirate with his bandana and beard. Thought I'd be OK.

Oh so thats your preference...blue oyster bar will be open again soon and you wont have to travel so far to meet a strange man with a bandana and beard

Fascinating backdrop for your picture which really highlights your bike.
There was a forum member here called "Limpin" who had a really nice Streetbob. He used to post photos of it in front of public toilets, hint hint.
Surely there is a local abattoir, sewerage works or Mc Donalds you could have used as an interesting backdrop instead.
Might be a nice bike Mic but you need to brush up on your photography skills in my humble opinion.

Geeee  some people are  hard to please. When I  looked at it I thought it had all the ingredients of a classic photo.  Wide open  spaces ( the car park )  ,  industrial aspect  ( the de-mountable building )  ,   nature in all its glory  ( the long grass )  ,  evidence of the  health of the local wildlife  ( bird shit in the foreground )  and to top things off it was a nice sunny day.
What the fuck is wrong with that FC ?   It is almost a masterpiece.

C'mon you guys, give me a break. I actually have an honors degree in fine arts, BFA (hons) and I know my shit.
Micathia should be aiming for the stars with his bike pic if he wants a picture that might get him over the fence.
True artistic talent requires sublime subject matter.
Take this painting by Willem De Kooning (Woman 3) as an example.
It is so fantastic someone paid 137.5 million dollars for it!.
    What a bargain.

Well I can see why you think that tile was hiding a masterpiece.
Maybe you should pull all the other ones off to see if there is a better image hidden in there.
Your hidden tile pic looks like a bearded red headed face.

If you keep pulling the tiles off you might find a red headed sexy chick pic.

I'd love to go fishing with this lassie.

I didnt say the tile was hiding a masterpiece. All I said was a tile fell off the fukin wall.  That must be the glue the dude used to stick the tile on.
About 40 years ago. Can you see a face there?
Oh and by the way,  I have been to the Louvre.
Didnt get in but cos the queue was a mile long so we went to the pub instead.

An honors degree in fine arts, congratulations FC, that's fantastic. Do you find most customers prefer fries with their order? :)
To quote Clint Eastwood's character from the movie The Rookie, whoever paid $137.5 million for that needs to have their arse removed.
