Yeah, cancel that question I think you answered it in another thread, how are you liking them??

I like it its peaceful until your about half throttle or better. It seems to be well made as well and i really like the option to close it and quiet it all the way up if need be. Cheap price too wish it sat a bit higher though.

WELL IT`S NEARLY DONE ... My 2008 FXSTC .

 

How I bought it ... Dec. 2012 .

 

The Day it came home ... different seat .. Bloody Hard .. Led Tri Bar taillight .. and straight through pipes , Fark it was loud , how they got that past the rego people beats me .

 

A few changes by this stage ... Freedom Shorty`s ... S & S  Hi Flow Air Filter and Stealth Cover ... 3 rd set of bars by this photo ... Mustang Seat , absolutely Major improvement , have matching rear fender protector / bib , as well as the pillion seat and Detachable Sissy Bar for the Missus ... Kuryakan pegs and grips ... Ride Wright Rear wheel , with Front soon to be added ... and miscellaneous bits of bling . 

 

Another set of Tins ... the original set going away to stay in good condition for future use or god forbid if I sell her , Lol  ... got a amazing deal on this original 2009 paint set but wasn`t real keen on the logo so had it removed and replaced with another idea ... just something a little different but not to out there . 

 

 

One of the newish Shorter rear guards on offer with chrome pulley cover and the Remote Adjustable Preload dial for the Progressive Suspension . 

 

The new Ride Wright front 21 x 3.5 with 13" RC Components Rotor and 6 piston PM Calliper and Progressive Mono Tube suspension in those front forks .

 

Much nicer rear Rotor to match front .

 

Rear lowered about a inch .

 

Just a little different from when I got her and have also added some S & S Cams and PC 5 for that little bit of extra punch down low and mid range ... Hopefully only a couple of things to go ... some Billet forward controls ... and have my 4 th set of bars coming from G Works in Vic , will then have the wires threaded through them to clean the whole front end up .

Yeah guys , I know every time I say that`s it all done I`m just kidding myself ... I have already thought about some head work .. { the bike`s not mine .. mine`s to far gone } .. and I`m dead keen on seeing if a set of 49 mil front forks off a wide glide or something simular would be able to be fitted up ... love those chunky forks .

 Got bitten by the bug again, so a few mods later I am feeiling better.

The last few mods have been, Headlight Nacelle , Shotgun shocks, ISO grips and Rear tail light.

The month before was Heavy breather, V & H pipes and Tuner (TTS)

Can't even recall what I did the month before.

Will this bug ever stop biting or is this part of the Harley thing :-)

 

Will this bug ever stop biting or is this part of the Harley thing :-) ... xlr8it , Man it never seems to stop , Lol ... my last visit to the shop was because I picked up a stone in the belt so had to replace that but ended up leaving the shop with .. Cams .. Pushrods .. Lifters .. front and rear suspension .. a new paint job .. new front wheel , rotor and calliper .. a remap on the Dyno and just for good measure a full service .

Mind you I already had the paint set .. wheel .. rotor and calliper .. was just waiting to put it all together .... but from my above post and the interesting news OUTLAW 1 has given me I might be on the lookout for a set of 49 mil front forks ... oh well , have to spend my hard earned some where .

What do you think about the Shot gun Shocks .
