To be honest im not sure of the brand but they quite heavy duty steel. You can get some easier to install chrome versions online that would look good on your bike.

I have just ordered a set of S&S slip on tappered and scream eagle stage 1 air kit , for my 2012 deluxe {there out of stock until mid Jan 2012 S&S that is} as I like the the std look..

But I like the BIG RADIUS 2-INTO-2, CHROME for a fatty.. and there not much more in price than a set of slip ons..
