How loud is that Fatcat...I have a Bassani Road rage with the short megaphone and it's way too loud, especially since I put the cams in so looking at other options..

Pretty mellow on idle and whilst cruising and then noisey when giving it a few herbs!

Took the 14"Ape's off my bike yesterday to put some T-bars on it but couldn't get the wiring around the corners of the bars so put the standard bars back on and have order 1.5" riser extensions...I'll see what it's like on a long ride as the Ape's were really comfortable but thought a change was needed..

    Cheers...

Bloody hell Fontana -- you almost need a seat belt or a Velcro seat with numbers like that. Good stuff! Not easy to get numbers like that. The D&D Fat Cat must bark!!

That dyno chart was with 65km on the clock after a half-day session in the dyno cell, starting from a baseline tune I picked as a starting point (which wasn’t too far out as a baselines).  It feels like it actually is going better now I’ve done a few thousand on it.  It’s actually really easy to ride, not cantankerous at all – twist the throttle she goes hard….., If you want to putt-putt at 2k you can (I don’t unless passing cops), sweet spot is 3k up (that’s where I ride).  With the gearing I’ve got, 6th gear is actually useable (above 100kmh).

Worked it out & put it together myself, just did a bit of homework on it before jumping in.

    Sweet build Fontana!

Agree with the boys above there is some quality parts in there.

I have a few parts sitting, waiting to be installed to bump the performance of my 120 up a bit as well. Not that I really need anymore but it's always nice to have something a bit hot!

How did you go about the twin disc set up?? When I done mine it was fat bob sliders and some machine work. I believe you can just do it wil FXDL S gear now??

Damn that looks good Dyna Gliding. What a change to the stocker.
Still plugging away on my 09 FXDL, 21" up front with 8" MX T bars. One day will get around to 11" shocks and a nice exhaust. S&S slip ons still doing OK for now.
