Was planning to get the Arlen Ness F-Bomb exhaust but couldn't pass over the deal I got here from a member. Luckily as well, love these pipes.

First round of stuff for mine is pretty much done (all in the first week).

    Mustang Wide Tripper
Gloss Black Rear Fender Support Cover Kit
    Black Fin Derby Cover
    Black Fin Timer Cover
    Tribal Mirrors
    Tinted Turn Signal Kit
    Vance & Hines Fuelpak Fp3
DK Customs Complete HiFlow 587 Air Cleaner
    Progressive 444 Heavy Duty Shocks

Still have a bar lift and an LED headlight and new grips to do but they can wait.

Super happy with this bike and how much more aggressive I can ride it compared to my old Dyna.

Nice work Big Steve. Do you rate the Progressive shocks? Did you consider any other brand?

Respect that mate. It's definitely a good setup. I've been looking around for a while and it is the best I've seen. I don't really love how some people stick it on top of the fender so will be going for something similar to what you have done. I go alright with the tools so will have to have a go myself. How do you go with the blinkers and the boys in blue. Do they draw any attention or are they legit?? Thanks for the help.

Changing up the exhaust can, this ones a 12in Cone Engineering can. Very nice bit of kit, just need to get a coupler fabricated for it, which I've teed up.

Also dropped a stack of stuff off for powdercoating, including:

Rear rim, Satin black to match the front thats on there.

Spare set of mags getting done in Gold.

Triples, visor, fork lowers, struts, mid controls, fork brace etc all getting done in gloss black.

That should take a week or so. In the mean time I'll tidy a few other bits and peices up.

Getting the races out of the wheels was an absolute mission. The spare rear rim I had required a 20t press to get the bastards out. Luckily the rim that was on there had the races out in about 1 min each.

I'll put it all back together with the 2000+ fork lower and brakes, and should be good to go!

99 FXD with a 1550 kit flitted since new. Goes well for an old girl and has also had some suspension work as well. It has a six pot front brake caliper but still not wonderfull. If I fit a better master cylinder would that help, if so which one should I use,
    cheers Steve.
