Went for a ride the other day and happened to swap bikes with my mate. At the end of the ride, my mate said that he felt like specks of fuel were hitting his legs and arms. Jumped back on my Rocker and rode on the freeway. He was right. When they hit your arm or legs you get this slight burning sensation. Anyone experienced this on their Rocker. Yes I know, I was wearing shorts, I know thats a no no.

Had tha once when I overfilled and one more time when I had been lifting the tank. There is the cross over and the overflow tubes only that can cause that.

    Check them both.

If you have had the tank off I would check the overflow first, cause if it was the cross over you would have run outta juice.

    Lwtuce know what u find.

BTW, check your nuts (now get your mind out of the gutter), I found my head nut loose the other day and remebered reading about hat on e the forum some time ago. Dropped some lock tight on it aftet niping it up. Seems to be something to wath on the rocker.

Burning might mean it's coming from the exhaust? So prob the mapping as in running too rich? It would have something to do with the tuning for sure, a good dyno or just a re map (or both) depending on what you have done to the ECU? Any bike can do it. The bike would be still like brand new inside being a Rocker, so it won't be pistons, rings or carbon or anything

Thanks, Yes Sys Harley had the tank off trying to locate a problem. And yes, I put new pipes on and did not remap.
