Been there and done that, you just need to first load one of the HDI maps and disable active inlet and exhaust. Once this is done just load the map that you want to run, you only need to do it once and then you can piss all that crap off.

 Mate, once you get the TTS and install the software all maps (calibrations) are downloaded when you run the updater for the first time. While they do not list a map for a setup such as yours the AE176 map would probably be a good starting point and after a few V-Tune runs you will end up with a good map. 2 into 1s (in my limited experiance) seem to have different VE and timing requirements to other pipes and as such might take a bit of pissing about to eliminate decell pop but once youve fucked  about with the TTS you wont regret it.
