Just wondering if when you buy a new bike would it be a fair assumption that if you add pipes,breather kit and tuner you would be adding around $3000.00 to the new price...Just trying to work out a budget...

Buy the bike stock and add on bits from the states

Depends where you are mate. I have taken 2 people in to buy bikes in Sydney and both times they threw in the pipes at no extra charge. They where only SE pipes tho but they still sound better than stock and yeah the dealers will beat each other on the extras if it means selling a new bike. I have found Most of them will not drop the price at all so it comes down to how much free stuff they will throw in.
