Shiping from the USA help Info

I have a FXDX Lowrider with >5K mi on the clock.  What is entailed for someone to purchase a bike titled in the USA to be street legal down under (I guess that is relative)?  I use it to develop parts and do not ride it much, only for testing.  Time to go find another home.  I would not know what parts need to be changes as you drive on the other side of the road.  I guess the kickstand is still on the right side?  I have shipped boats all over and have a ship to send it there but I guess I would need to know what port.  The hardest part would be to find a buyer than figure out if the aggregation and expense would be worth it.  Any help would be appreciated.

As Flan says, pre '89 is OK unless you can prove it's a show bike, drag bike or race bike.

You may be able to negotiate with customs that it is for  "Parts Development" but I don't like your chances, they're a difficult mob of dudes to deal with.

If the kick stand is on the left side then it is on the right side !

Headlight reflector and lenz, (for left side drive) and speedo in Kilometers per Hour are the main changes to comply.

Tail light and rear reflector height could also be an issue.

it is a 2005 w/ USA title.  Just like all governments they are here to hinder people.  Looks like a problem to sell there.  I figured they (Australians) lean the bike over to the curb side
