Yep, weird concept for the likes of you and me, and we wouldn't be seen dead with one of these contraptions on our rides,,,

but I'll bettya there's a few Vets and disabled folk out there that might just get back onto two wheels again given an air shifter and one of these set ups.

seen a similar concept back in 2007 on a sports bike in Perth for a disabled rider.... think developed by the WA Uni

With One bad Leg i Struggle With The Glide Sometimes (Mainly With The Cook On The Back)
I Think That Any That Helps To Keep The Rubber down When You Are Getting Older Is A Good Thing
a Lot Of Riders Will say If You Need Trainer Wheels You Should Not Be Riding But It Keeps Them On The Highway

Well that will explain what I saw on the Snowy Ride this year!! There was a guy on HD tourer and he had these little training wheels down. I didn't know what the hell they were - but I know now! :)

    Hey rpdudes,
    read u r post & that u were importing a unit.
Was wondering if u have done it yet & what u think of it.
I have contacted legup a few times & their response time was excellent, but I would like to see & hear from an actual user as how good it is.
I am an above knee amputee & currently use an outfit ,but would like to go solo again but have trouble holding the bike up in traffic.
    Any info appreciated.

Going by the size of the dent in the fuel tank, I may need it. Or a new set of glasses so I can see what I'm doing.
