I am going to make an offer on an 09 Fatbob this weekend, its only got a few thousand ks on it.

Most important is if it has been down, I will be looking for any marks, looking along the line - any tips here?

Going to do the Revs thing, he says he has a reciept when he paid cash to show me.

Check the 09 plate

Check the belt, discs, oil , tyres - light etc         start it cold - take it for a run

Got any pointers for me?

Isn't there some way to bring up codes from the computer if there is problems with the engine?

Make an offer pending an independant inspection. Spending $300 or so would be well spent when investing $20k +, who to take it to? thats another can of worms
