Howdy folks, im half gessing the answer to my question but havnt herd the latest, so, why apart from our stupid regs would we not be able to place a Boss Hoss in this country? i think they are a great piece of fast ridiculous technology and i really want one, i wud also like extra length in the wedding tackle and a million dollars but ill settle for a new Boss, they are now 6.2 ltr and u can throw sum Nos at em no prob and of course they go like shit off a shovel, i have ridden beside one thru Montana, sitting on about 90 mph on the old fatty, the old Canadian, hell he must of been 51, came up beside us and said " got ya camera on" thumbs up, "yep" (350 Chevy, Stroked to 380 by Hemi with 3 kg Nos bottle) bounced it into first gear and pretty well tore the hotmix strait off the road,,,,,,, yep,,,,,, fucking gonski..........we taped it, awesome!!!............... so how do we get one, hundred, into this country??????????????mmmmmmmmmmmmm speed????? yea kind of fritening but amazing torque.......power to weight/ratio......................... apeefuckingdaze........... so Triumph have got a 2200cc sumthing thru customs care of the CE mark compatability 5 tick Aus standards mark thing so why not a 5.7 or a 6.2 ltr V8 monster that has the tick of approval in the leading modern world country,USA, i got no problem, Have you??????????? There is (or was) a company in Queensland that sells 350 Chevy powered motorcycles. It wasn't Boss Hoss, but the bikes were the same.
There is 5 or 6 in Melbourne, Small Block and Big Blocks. But we are all mad here, there is even a Orange Y2k Jet Bike getting around town
This one was at last years A&B Show

Gee, That vrod must be something then.
John Harmon was building big bore Harleys long ago 120 cubic inch way back when men were men, all these Johnny come lately`s don`t impress me much, with the advent of cnc lathes and borers big inch motors are nothing new. The guy who builds his own with limited budget will always get my vote and respect.
There was one of these bike at the bankstown bike show last year.
