well folks I'm back in AdelaIde after some 2,622kms.... longest stint was today (Apollo Bay - Adelaide via Mt Gambier). Had an absolute blast. More when I post up some pics tomorrow and can see better through my left eye.

A lot more people are dealing with Black Dog at varying levels than everyone really believes.

The trick is mate (which can be bloody a hard trick to undertake) is to go out the door and link up wiht other riders.

Life throws us all a curved ball; but the trick is how we respond in our attempt to hit the ball back.
