Finally worked out how to fix my Fxdf lights for good.

 

Was interested in the fix, then the photo fixed me...... 

love the light, any details would be appreciated, where, what, cost etc

Hi there Bli Bli,

the light is an 09 Fatboy HDI complete assembly. Cost me about $600 complete with mount post, and shroud.
Best bit was that it was all plug straight in to original loom.
Fatboy light comes with two extra connectors for passing lamps, just wacked a bit of heat shrink over the ends and folded back into reflector shell.
It works a treat. ( the single 4" light wasn't much better than a dolphin torch)
