Have been looking around for a bike lifter to raise the bike off the ground to change the oil clean the wheels change the shocks etc.Have come across a local one mabe in Melbourne, got in contact with the engineer and took my sportster up to have a trial. It is pretty good makes the bike feel as if it is on a main stand, takes a bit off getting use to but after a few goes it is a one man job,it costs $147 the site is www.beckerenterprises.com if anyone else has come across any cheap bike stands let me know cheers.

i got mine from r@e autos, was around $150, theres no tie down points as such, but its not a lift to work at head level, its just to get it up enough to work on, so far so good, if i was takin a wheel off ,i would secure it some how.....

I finally set mine up ($147 Repco) and the jack don't work, out of warranty I will have to engineer a new jack.

Yes it should have some where to strap the Bike to it. Mine has and I didn't once.
Cost me about $600.00 to fix the Damage

hey there, you might wanna check this link out...

I bought for $150 delivered, assembly was easy, qaulity of unit is excellent. The only thing is on my Dyna (08 FXDC) the kickstand is in the way and it is not a very secure lift - not bad but not ideal - plus I'm not comfortable that half the weight of the bike is on the Kickstand which is wedged between bike frame and Lift arm.

NOTE, any stand you get you will be stuffed wheeling it around unless you have polished/immactulate flat garage floor!  :-(

    Guys
With the twin cam Dyna's how did you get around the transmission cover/guard getting in the way on the RHS?
