Read in the Dyna section "show us ya bars", it was a good little post with some great pics and good advice.

Theres not many tourers in the photo section so thought I'd ask who's done what to their's and if they like/dislike the mods they've done...

I would start the ball rolling but haven't picked mine up yet...

I have moved my floorboards forward by 2" to try and get some more legroom, fitted some highway pegs to the crash bar and made my own sissy bar to sit the Bride back further.

    Only cause you asked,

09 Road King with modified original mufflers (not fitted in pic), saddle bag rails, pillion floorboard covers, 4 point docking kit, riders backrest, pillion backrest, rack, full viso kit, comfort bars. Best Harley I have ever owned.

    The bars when fitted up.

Bob (Baca-Lofty) is right - bars are great. I paid about $120 for them from HHeaven Adelaide. Bob fitted them - makes a big difference coming back about 2 inches.

Looking to move my floor boards a little forward now and will be perfect. I agree with Lofty - love the Road King.

BACA that is as nice as a bike gets. What the RK like around town? I wouldn't mind something bigger for the highway but spend most of my time just hooning around the northern beaches so the RK looks like a bit too much bike for that.

10 out of 10 on the bling scale. That's one mighty fine Road King you have.

Yep, adjustable for height, and angle of the back pad. It's the second one I have used (had the same one on the Ultra) and it's great.

Bit late here, but I also got a set of bars, same as Lofty. I was a bit apprehensive for a while, but now I'm happy.......Would be happier with more bling like the Phantom.
