There is the main plug, the 1/2 X 20 that fits all bikes that have an actual drain plug for their engine oil, transmission and Primary Chain Case.

07' to present Harley F "Big Twin" series use this plug for the Engine , Transmission and the Primary Chain Case.

There are only two other Primary Chain Case plugs to be concerned about.

04' to 06' =uses the 3/8" X 24 Primary Chain Case drain plug.

Early bikes to 03' uses the 1/8" NPT (National Pipe Thread) Dimple® 1/8" NPT Super Magnetic Drain Plug.

SPORTSTER'S only need one of the 1/2" X 20, which will cleanse the transmission and the Primary Chain Case Oil and a set of Black Holes for the oil filter to clean the engine oil.
