your right Surly, he is a great rider, it's not the bike it's the rider, bikes like that need someone that knows what they are doing and can do what there brain tell's them not too.

the other bike is even more interesting, it was a G2 star racing personal bike i think, the guy owns it was new to drags. but was told by someone that knows it is beautifull to ride on the street and can run 9,s easy then ride it home. was light perpose build light weight wheels light weight everything, chromemoley frame FXR style gearbox and engine mounts EVO style 124s&s G2 built nice looking manifold, dyna 4000 ignition with two stage rev limiter. this bike was all go no show, but it got plenty of respected HD people just looking with admaration. these boys don't even look at a Harley unless its worthwhile looking at ( if you know what i mean. ) i told the guy i would love that bike!

Hey Ozrodder good to see you posting again. yeah everyone loves TOP BIKE nitro burners, just only a few can say "I love Nitro, & Nitro loves me". bloody hard to learn to ride & set one up to go on both cylinders full quarter mile. then when you learn that you have even more problems like finding a gearbox and clutch that can handle it. as they say if it was easy we would all do it. but rider weight not a problem .West Aussie has the most Top Bikes in Australia right now.

    cheers

I'd like the exact same responsiveness, relaibility, rideability as my current engine,

but even more noise, more shake, more lumpy,

and breaking traction thru 1st to 3rd gear at 3/4 throttle.
