I am rollin!!!
Drove up to Blacktown HD this morning to pick up my new ride.
The guys there were totally awesome.
Great customer service even threw in a free T-shirt.
Bike was immaculate and ready to ride.
Had a great ride to canberra 200 odd K's straight up was a bit mental.
But many admiring looks from passersby.
My mate met me in Golburn and we rode back to the ACT.
Now she is tucked up in the garage after a shower im going mirror flipping.
My pipes arrived from the states so slip ons and a new seat tommorrow.
Im going to stick a pic on my profile and when i work out how on here too.
rock and roll!!!!

Grats and welcome - know that feeling - worth the wait trust me.

Damn straight Phantom.
Now i have wherethefuckismyseatmountingkititis.
Got the shipment today no seat mounting kit.
oh well the pipes went on sweet chopperworks helped me out dont have many tools here they all in Perth.
They sorted me pipes out and let me help do the fitting and showed me what to do.
So next time im doing it myself.
heres a pic of the pipes on the bike.

G'day mate and welcome to the forum...been a real hoot takin this journey with you....we all get excited waitin on a new ride be it new, second-hand or an old favourite being renewed (ask skullsnflames).

I think you might need to move to QLD cos we never have winter up here mate.......just the odd bout of liquid sunshine.

i just got the first service done after about 3 weeks .

she running well and im loving the knees in the breeze.

really starting to feel at home on the bike after a few runs between canberra and sydney.

Just put the new seat on today as the mounting kit arrived from the states while i was away in sydney.

starting to meet a few other iron owners here in the Berra so thats pretty cool too.

Q'land sounds nice sunshine is good
