what would someone expect to pay for reconditioned EVO motor and who would be best to deal with?

(a mate is thinking along these lines rather than a re-build himself)

No one in their right mind will pay 5g's for a stock evo, albeit new.

$5,000 for a new in the crate evo is a good price, at that price they are the silver model
black is $1,000 more,,,
at least thats how it was when l bought one,,
theres a lot of people selling them now & you shouldnt have a problem sourcing one,,
Theres nothing like opening a box that houses a new H.D motor !!!
brings a tear to the eye !!!
