My iron is arriving in May! HURRY UP!

Just wondering, got some plans for my Iron, just wanted to run one mod past you guys before I i got it.

Was planning to swap the front wheel for a 21" (laced) off the Dyna Wide Glide. 

Want it to look like the below with the white walls minus the ape's.

Do you think this could work with he Iron? Iron looks like its got a shorter rake that the nightster.

 

 

 

 

there the same bike!! iron 883--nightster 1200 only a couple of cosmetic differences so you can make your iron look however you want ...have fun..

 Cosmetics definitely. Handling???? its a harley....

Iron = Nightster with 883 engine and spoked wheels.

Aside from that I think the 21-inch looks cool but I also think that the Apes balance it out. With drag style bars there's a high likelihood that the 21-inch would look wrong.

Yeah, but I'm still in the honeymoon period with the bike right now and enjoying it. I think a great way of rekindling the romance once I've got a bit bored of it will be to change to Nightster rims with Avon white walls. As much as I'd like to do it right now part of me says to be patient and wait to do it when I'm genuinely bored with the way the bike looks. Hasn't happened yet so....

 Gotta love spoked wheels!

I will def get mine powder coated like the vid so the rust will not show as much later on haha.
