SITE OUTAGE TONIGHT FROM 11PM

    There will be a site outage tonight from 11pm for about an hour while the site is moved to a new server.

    only 7:30.... looks like it's a restuarant for me tonight then.... hang on, thats what I do almost every night

    whilst trying to get back on the forum I searched HD Forums Australia and it lead me to www.hdparts.com.au/ which lead me to HF Forum Oz web page

       Looks like the new server is working a lot better than the old one...   Pages load 1st click & a lot faster..

    Yeah there was a bit of screwing around last night.  The server was migrated from one in Canberra to now reside in Adelaide (capital of Rannistan). 

    Should all be good now.

    I for one am thankfully for your dedication in upholding this great site...and if i ever meet you one day i will buy you a beer or 10...p.s. the site was dead on my side for a few hours...all good now

    Not sure why people are experiencing all these wierd issues.  It's no doubt related to the fact that the site's address had to be shifted from one name server to another.  This always causes problems with websites, most of it should have cleared up by now or by tomorrow as the new mapping of the address propegates out.
