    Mildura, Vic...

I've spoke to a couple of people about it, 1 guy in adelaide, that said $1700 ride in ride out same day, But they wanted to bore the stock jugs, which I've heard is a no no for the Iron. - The local tried to sell me a screamin' eagle 1200 conversion kit for $1800! Plus fitting and a race tuner (about $2500 in total from them). I'm sure I can get it all done much cheaper than that.

I've sent NRHS an e-mail asking bout their 1250 kits & keep the stock 883 heads, which get a good wrap on other forums.

So far I'm leaning towards the 1250 kit. - Going to have a chat to my dealer today & see if they'll fit it. - They've been great with the rest of the bike, So I'm sure they'll be all for it.

Not sure if they'll fash it to stage 1 1200 for me though.... - If they will should be able to get the whole thing done reasonably cheap & I'll just buy a SESPT for it as I get some spare $.

if your fitting 1200 heads and a mikuni look at -andrews n4 /s/e 551 /se 536...you have to match the cam with your comp once you have done your conversion...
