I have just got an email from Ken Mclean Motorcycle Engineering regarding my order for a Micro Alarm for my bike.

He told me (politely) to read the note on his website where I ordered my part from, the note is well displayed on his website & it clearly says that parts ordered during the xmas break will not be sent until 1st of February, which lof course tomorrow, because he is having a proper break this year.I apologised to him in a reply email & thank all you guys for spending time replying to my concern. I would not have been as polite as he was to me.
