Anyone got any tips for how to lubricate cables and the best product to use?

I use INOX sillicone spray. Unhitch your cables and with the straw attachment just squirt a bit down inside of the cable.

I use Inox with a cable oiler that I got from a bike shop. Screw it on to the cable then connect the inox into it & the liquied is force fed into the cable. Presto.
