I am not having any success in getting a new baffle for my Screamin Eagle muffler that I have lost. So I was wondering if some one could make one for me????
The pipe is about 1 to 1.5mm thick, The r/hand side is one piece with the holes, the pressed in flute & the flared end. The bell at the l/hand end is another piece of pipe stepped down & is brazed onto the smaller tube/pipe in four places. I can measure it & send the dimensions to you. I reckon it is sort of a bit of plumbing fabrication.
My bike sounds like a bloddy sewing machine with the standard pipes on, the sound or lack of, is driving me mad.
Sonic or outer cycle in VIC make that type of baffle, someone here might know there contact details?
