I recently 'found' this old Bike at a garage sale.

I havnt been able to find much info about it on the internet. Only alot on HD history....

I think it is a Harley Davidson AMF Z90. On the Plate is a serial number that cant really be read and from what I can identify it is a 1973.

They were made when a company called Aermacchi had an ownership share in HD, in the 60's and 70's.

Anyway I have got her running and am now in the process or cleaning her up / re chroming etc.
Harley Davidson is written on the tank, back of the seat and on the speedo taco.

Does anyone know anything about it ?? Its value ??

They are a bit of a collectors thing and real good one, Im guessing around $5000 mark

Nice pickup mate, I would like to pick up somthing like that as a resto project.

Anyone know of one that sold recently ? What would she be worth when shes done up ? I wanna use the funds to finish my 1966 servicar basket case.

Ive been quite surprised at how easy it is to get parts from Ebay US. I'll post pics when shes finished. Its been a pretty easy project so far.

Does anyone know what colour the tank should be, its in primer but I want it to be original - any info or suggestions ? the original colour was a navy blue - but what is it called ?
