The good old days, it woulda been a hole lotta fun in the sixtys too but if I went then I'd be close to dead now.
Hi
I look like going and have been checking orginized tours with rentals as I have only 4 weeks off.
I am waiting for Heavy Duty Mag to get back to me with 2010 Sturgis prices, would be nice to be on the run with Doc from Heavy Duty Magazine.
This is a PDF document from Elitest tours worth a look at , it works out cheaper to take the missus with you than leave her at home;o)) http://www.eliteset.com.au/tours/2010/2010sturgis_web.pdf
Count me in have been planning on 2010 for 4 yrs and im cashed up so keen as mustard
Hilly is onto it,
if you leave her home there maybe bugger all to come back to also if I am to share a room on the trip she is the only one I know how puts up with my snoring and farting
If you are going you may find this Sturgis rally guide book usefull.

Bump
In a bit of a rut here,
I wish to purchase a couple of bikes in the states next year, was heading over a few months early and gonna enjoy a bit of touring EXECPT, im being told by the "DMV" it cant be done????
I cant figure out the loop hole to register the bike in the states without
a. A fixed address in the the states
B. Liability insurance Coverage (which i cannot get without a history/US drivers licence)
Im sure some of you have done this before, anyone have any advice?
Cheers!
