Check primary oil level

    How can I check the level of the primary oil?

    Have to take the bike to Darwin stealers on Friday to get the primary oil leak fixed under 'good will' as the bike is a few month out of warranty.

    Last fill was in Newcastle (3000+ km ago) so she might be low.

    Is the best way dump it and refill with ????ml

    Service manual says 32 fl oz (.95 ltr) Mag.......For a Softy.....

    My bike is getting the Primary and gearbox seals done as we speak...bit pissed of about it cos they are probably not gonna come to terms re retrospective warranty...Gonna cost a few bucks

    Remove the 5 hex screws and have a look if the oil is around the bottom of the clutch hub you will be fine you will not hurt the gasket as it is a one piece.Charlie in wet Darwin.
