Finally had a look at this thing today on the road!

F*ckin hell comes to mind........ for those that may have had a ride or two alongside this when it had the 107 motor .....  No comparison!

This thing has some punch man!  Seems the little breather is quite a hit with the locals too....... perhaps they think it is secret Professor fluid!

A fine peice of machinery thats for sure........ hats of Prof!  Look forward to the strip runs..........

Hi Oz, i'm deaf,  so can't hear motor, but i can feel it, i can shift @ 5,800 & run 11.5 11.6, or put the shift light up to 6,600 and run 11.2 11.3 this is with soft 60ft of 1.8 if i push it and get 60ft to 1.6 could run very low elevens ( but i haven't !! ) but my engine combination seems perfect Cow did a good job on my heads & building the motor, i could go out buy anything i like but i like this & not changing.

I've had a Bandit super clutch in the past was the best, but i like the S&S clutch i have now but it's overkill for the 95", i did my quickest 60ft with a stock clutch & SE diaphram and it could not hold 5th gear or it would just slip, but slip is good. i was doing 1.6 consistent but with a lot less power

Cow @ L A Cycles Sydney done my chain conversion back in 2003. still works great. sprokets made in USA not Tiwan or china like some are. important to get the made in USA front sproket as rear easy to change.

i think would be good having rear sproket rubber mount like jap bikes use.

Hey Stix good you got her back, just thought i'd point out, both your run's were set at STD not SAE i know don't matter much , but when your tuning SAE is more accurate as has same weather setting so don't matter what elivation your @ or what the air quality is like on the day you can directly compare the two runs & compare tunes but the red run you got better air quality than the first blue run.

when we are at the track & there is really good air Quality everyone goes faster on the day, trap speeds can be two MPH difference from average & i personally never change my tune.but see gains just from the air quality.

Have you got any timmed Dyno runs to see the difference between the two runs like see which run makes most HP & TQ the quickest, i always like to use the tune that makes the most HP & TQ the quickest not the tune that makes the most all out HP. like looking at a Dyno graph like this we see how much HP & TQ @ rpm, but we don't know how long it took to get to that rpm for all we know the bike could have been in 6th gear & might have took 10 minutes to get to maxium rev. i like them to make the TQ & HP in less than about 5 seconds. when you do timmed run you see the seconds at the bottom of the graph not rpm.

Hey what starter are you useing?

my stock starter is on the way out will have to get a new clutch put into it, second time since 01 but it's only 95 inch i think the s&s decomp cams would be good with a 120" or any big inch as they hold valves open to let pressure out, would let a lot more pressure out than the SE decomp buttons i've got.

    cheers good post Stix

I miss this thread, bumped it for nostalgia sake and so all the SE120R boys could dribble. Lmao

Mods- any chance the last two "blank" pages(18-19) could be removed or resurrected.

    Cheers
