i was wondering if my power commander shortetout would it affect my ecm .would really appreciate any info cause now i gotta put new ecm on bike

Not sure what you mean when you say that the Power commander shorted out?Form your previous post I thought you had a catastrophic electrical short that took out not only the Power commander but the OE ECM as well,because you mentioned that you were getting an S&S ECM.And as far as I am aware you will need to spend some dyno time witht the S&S ecm to get it to work properly,and you shouldn't need to use the Power Commander.Just check that you haven't fried the wiring if you did have a major short,which is highly unlikey,but still possible.
