Went out for a bit of a look today and I think your probably right nobody each to thier own I spose.

yer went up saturday also. I went with a mate from work who is a HOG member, I,m not.

From what I understand it costs him $170 a year to be a member and then when he gets to the gate (I had no intention of going in) it was going to cost him a further $120 for him and his missus to get in. So he reasoned with a bit of help from his finance advisor on the back that it would be better to go for a ride round the hills and a spot of lunch. The best part of the day is I have never seen so many  Harleys riding around up in the hills at one time.

I went and had a look and just rode into the car park and walked straight in no questions and ya didn't miss a thing looked as boring as bat shit and the merchandise stalls was crap as well so walked around for 5 mins and left. I agreee the most fun was riding there and definatley on the way home and i agree it was great to see huge packs of harley riders on the road.

Don't know how they walk around all day with so many badges and patches on their vests and jackets,must weigh a tonnege and a patch for having a badge and patchAnd don't you like the colour co-ordinated shirts that each chapter wears,real purteee
