For anyone who may be interested... Midwest Custom Cycles at Capalaba have gone down the shitter. I went in there this morning and I was told they have gone bankrupt and "sorry mate, I wish I could help you but...". I am pretty well pissed off because I've been waiting 9 months for a part 'old mate' had promised me for my bike. I'm not the only one who's been stung though, the guys at the tatt shop have had to take over (at great expense) and, after a phone call with M & W, I found out they're not happy chappies either.

thats a shame, i've had them do plenty of work on a few of my bikes, services and fitting stuff and such, and never had a problem with getting stuff done, and their prices were very reasonable.even stayed back for a few beers after hours while they were finishing up stuff for me been to Wrenchdevils aswell, seems they know their stuff too
