M & M Cycles advice

Guys, after a long and drawn out discussion, I am keen to order Andrews TW 26 cams with old style tensioners. I am keeping the old style because,

    1. Cost. The gear drives are expensive, and I intend to upgrade (hopefully) to a bagger in two years. Without pulling her apart, I'm not sure about crank runout.

    2. The current system works OK, as long as you check the tensioners regularly. Mine seem OK at this stage, not quite 25% worn.

    3. I have a stock TC 88, that actually runs really well. I have a Ness air filter, and some Outer Cycles pipes, and the jets in the carby have been upgraded. With the excuse of replacing my tensioners, I will swap the cams and bearings/pushrods as well.

My question is...M&M Cycles seem to have a good name on this forum. They have offered the cams, pushrods, and chain tensioners delivered, for $497.00.

Is that a good rate? My research on E Bay says it's competitive, and I would rather deal with people that you guys have dealt with, rather than an unknown..

I would like some feedback please,

    Thanks,

    Rob

Bearings are included, not sure about gaskets. Should I order a 34 tooth sprocket as well?

Thumbs up for M & M cycles from me.

Placed about 4 separate orders from them so far in last 6 months and never had any dilemmas from them what so ever and their prices are competitive too.

    Cheers

    Mal
