Can anyone tell me which after market air cleaner element fits the above bike

I cant find anything on the K&n website specific for the 08 Dyna's with the teardrop air cleaner anywhere, Will the HD-1499 fit?

Or any other manufacturers either

I flicked off an email to K&N but thought I would ask here as well

i am not sure but in my opinon if u are going to change it go for an after market product, i got a screaming eagle and there a shit paper filter ,so i got a zippers cotton filter from m&m cycles in the states heaps cheaper than here have a look at there web site iam sure u will find want u want

Purnong. The K&N part number is HD-1499. well thats the one for the 07 FXDC anyway, me thinks will fit your 08.

I still have'nt had a response from K&N, They're online catalogue shows nothing for 08 Dyna's

It's looking like I might have to buy an aftermarket backing plate and go from there

I ended up getting a round Ness backplate, element and cover. 

K&N said they didn't have one yet when i asked about 6 months ago and they reckoned they'd email me when they did........ nothing yet.

whilst your ac cover is teardrop, what shape is the actual air filter. You may find it is the same as the HD-1499... just a thought
