Just wondering if anyone has changed to a smaller front wheel on there FXST...Maybe 19"...Looking to get a chunkier front end look and was wondering whats involved...

Hi, I have been thinking of doing this to my 09 custom softail. This the first time I have seen piccies. I have been told that this improves handling and gives a bigger contact patch. However I do not want to use my stock wheel.
I have seen numerous second hand wheels for sale. These are mostly 99-06 softail wheels or wide glide wheels with a different axle size. I have been told Harley does not sell the front axle on its own...you have to buy a wheel assembly.
Can anyone provide ideas to which second hand wheel to get (I just want the hub) that will fit the 09 softail.....or are there other options?

Anyone done a twin disc setup on 19" rim ??? any pics out there ?
