putty road trip

     Description of ride: 

    day run up the Putty
     Date:

    Saturday 16th Jan
     Destination: Singleton pub
     Route: (incl meeting points/times)

    north up the Putty from Windsor

    meet at McGraths hill Maccas for a 9am departure !!!!!

     
     Who's coming:

    toxic + 1 - Fangio - Piglet - Galloway - Steamer - Matt - Obiwan

    JD - Burraburra - evanstooge - mick67 - spartan

    Dave - MJ - GTSR - Frank7214 - robcig + 1

    Divot - Rick1310 - darkash69
     

     OK we haven't done this for awhile....

    will stop for fuel at Willberforce as the halfway roadhouse burnt down....

    after lunch those who want can return back down the putty or back home via Cessnock & maybe the Wollembi road...

    Have made a correction to the destination... it's the Singleton pub......

    This run WILL go ahead no matter what the weather brings... so get ya H T F U gear out just incase... we ride... it rains... tough shit ....  

    I will check back here around 7am to see if anyone else has dropped out......... otherwise see ya at the golden arches !

    well providing we get away on time.. stop for fuel..... then a few stops for pics in the twisty bits.. we should be eating lunch by 1pm in Singleton.... then those who want can return down the Putty.....the rest of us will come home via Wollembi & Peats ridge.....

    How about that for a DAM fine trip...... ...... ya commin along .....

    no a statesmans lost it on a bend and crossed to my side of the ride and slamed into the bank missed it by a few feet . car was a write off driver ok and me left thinking I need cake

    Sounds like a good run up the putty Toxic. No DAMs this time. I have a couple of work mates which ride hogs that I could invite to meet us at the Singleton pub. Shame about the road house burning down.

    Wish I could come on this ride  fellas, 20 years ago I used to ride the Putty Rd every weekend on a GPZ900, was great fun.

    i might make this if broken arm can handle the ride just came out of plaster so see how it feels by ride time

    I dont have a Rocker, but I have authorisation from my manager (wifey)!!!!!! I would love to join you guys and if it's OK, I've got a mate Vince who would also like to join us.
    Has anyone done a count on how many there'll be? Looks like a good turnout
