Guys.
Just wanted to let you know that i have now completed my new build on my FXDC, i got a lot of good information from some fella's on this site which allowed everything to go fairly smoothly.
I fitted some 3.875 wiseco forged pistons, .030 head gaskets, woods 408-44 cams, se adjustable push rods, decked the barrels 0 deck height, heads and throttle body cleaned up and decked to 82cc, se clutch spring, v&h 2 into 1 pipe, se heavey breather, pcv, also fitted a 30 tooth front pulley while i was at it.
I could not believe the difference these mods made to this bike the thing now flies, it pulls hard in all gears and is much better of the line now with the 30t pulley, would highly recommend these mods to any one who is sitting on the fence and not sure to do them or not. Did all the work myself in the garage at home with no problems, will get it to the dyno after xmas and get a custom map for her. Once again thanks to all who helped me on the way.

Cams did everything you said they would do as some more very impressed with them, i got the front pulley from Jeff at Wackers they get them from East Coast Customs here in Brisbane who are the importers for Andrews products price was about $215.00 from memory.
If you are not sure if the pulley works all i can tell you is go a fit one you wont be disappointed it gives the bike a real kick up the backside. really helps the cam along as it raises the rev's a few hundred or so in each gear helps keep everything on the boil. A lot better of the line also especially in stop go traffic.
Skull's
No the belt was fine the wheel had to go back approx 5mm to get the right belt tension still had 3-4mm of adjustment left.[ bike has only 1500km's on it ]
The final ratio on the 09 Dyna's are 32t front and 66t on the rear i was thinking of fitting a 68t rear pulley this would then allow the belt adjustment to go back to somewere close to the original position and also give a little more thrust at the same time.
I think the gear and primary ratio's in earlier Dyna's and Softails might be a bit different but not sure.
