Hey, ill keep this short, haven't got my license yet. but have been riding bikes for the last few years (privately)

just wondering what people opinions on the rocker/rocker custom bikes are and the v-rod, this will be my first bike

p/s yes im fully aware that the two harley's mentioned above are not learner legal

Welcome, nothing wrong with a Rocker. I own one. It is the best Harley I have owned and it is a great platform for customising. Dont listen to other people, go with what you want, not what they think. Most people cant afford one and jealosy plays a big part.

gday anarchy welcome to the forum , end of the day it is your own preference mate as far as (jealousy) goes and being able to afford a rocker well thats crap because they aren't the most expensive harley you can buy and the majority of people here own harleys so whats there to be jealous about . good luck with your choice.

im not fussed on people bad mouthing a bike.

more looking for advice on the bikes ive given, like mechanically, riding difficulty, things like that.

chose those two bikes as want something a bit different and dont see many of those from were i am, and even fewer to were im moving in a few months

In my opinion, best handling Harley out there.Each to there own though, just take your time in deciding.

My thoughts on Rockers/V-rods ? ummm, where did i put that bourbon now? lmao.

I took 18 months (only cause the bank wouldnt give me any money till I went to Woolworths and got a balaclava - it impressed the Bank Manager - he approved an instant loan)   .....
