    Don't know if this will help but I am dealing with Tony Palmer over an issue where Frasers in Perth refused to sell me the catalogue listed belt tension tool 40006-85 - I had to buy one elsewhere to correct the loose belt tension after Frasers fitted a new rear tyre to my bike (I also had to correctly torque the axle cone nut as well).

    Tony Palmer at Frasers is the Spares Manager but is also covering for the workshop and hopefully might be able to point you in the right direction

    i have delt with HD Oz once re Dyna ignition, told by dealer that it will be a 6 week wait..bugger that contacted HD Oz part was there in two days...suppose it depends who you deal with.

    As already mentioned
    My advice is to get it off ASAP and the try and follow up with warranty.
    Get onto Dunlop as well.
