Any advice for a newbie.

    I think I've found a second hand Dyna super glide.

     Its a 2008 with very low KMS slip on pipes , forward controls.. Sounds good. 

    Any advice on things I should look out for when looking at the bike

    Thanks for that.  I guess I  think its a good deal at $20k with only 2,200kms. Yhadya reckon ?

    Great choice m8 u wont regret it.

    Do heaps of research on what you want to do to your ride that will suit you.

    Personally i had to get rid of the stock handlebars,hated them looked shit as they were stainless and started going a shade of baby poo. put on a set of drag style pull back bars like a burleigh bar, chunkier,heaps more comfy.

    My only gripe is the grey engine casings,wish they were black.Decided to put on a chrome inner primary cover that takes away a bit more of the grey,looks gr8.

    Im running mine on BP ultimate 98 octane, im employed in the fuel industry, and been advised by the tech gurus that its the best to use,burns cleaner, gives excellent mileage,very engine friendly,crisp throttle response.

    Some people moan about the vibration, but i personally dont mind it,feels like a beast on a mission!

    Ride the friggin arse off it!,u wont hurt it.
