Because of the favourable exchange rates I am travelling to Los Angeles about Xmas time mainly to import 2 Ford Mustangs.

 

I am arranging freight myself and will have considerable spare capacity in the container.

 

Because the  freight costs are largely covewred by the cars I can offer reasonanble rates for the importataion of pre 1989 bikes or parts.

 

I can arrange collection iof bikes or parts in LA but would also like the name of a reputable Harley person who could act as a personal shopper for local Harley owners as I hope to be sending a container monthly LA to Sydney.

I have been able to work out some rates. I will charge $400 for one bike or $700 for two plus Dotars fees $50 and an export charge by US customs of $125US per bike.

Parts can be bought in at $ 1 per kg (with a minimum order of $50) If the order is under $1000 in value there should be no GST (there is no duty).

If you order parts from LA I can have them collected ready for shipping at $1 per mile from our warehouse in LA.
